Seventh & Eight Grade

Class Page

Welcome friends and families of the seventh and eight grade class. This year our classes and school have many events planned and need lots of help to accomplish them. The purpose of this page is to give family members of these classes a place to keep up to date on all our service projects and fundraising plans. Below you will find a calendar of projected events and the forms to send to volunteer to help make this year a success.  Thank you in advance for all your help and time you donate to make IOP a successful school.

                What is the 7th/8th Grade Trip? 

      This year the trip to Williamsburg includes 2 days of guided tours of the historic village in addition to three different hands-on interactive programs that provide enrichment in problem solving and critical inquiry as the students make connections to our past. 

The trip also includes a visit to Jamestown, the first permanent English settlement as well as the Yorktown Battlefield. 

The overall cost of this type of trip is enormous, but your continued support of our fundraising efforts defray the total cost.
