Dear Parents,

On ______________our classroom is responsible for hosting this month’s IOP Donut Sunday. Donut Sundays are held after the 8 and 10 a.m. Masses. Volunteers need to be at the Parish Hall at 7:45 a.m. if they are volunteering for the 8 a.m. Mass and 9:45 a.m. if they are volunteering for the 10 a.m. Mass. 

Volunteer hosts are responsible for making coffee, lemonade, and hot water for tea. They are also responsible for setting out trays of donuts, keeping all items stocked throughout their time, and greeting parishioners. All supplies will be provided for you in advance, as well as a clear set of instruction on where everything is. There will also be an H.S.A. representative present to assist the volunteer hosts.
